I'm really looking forward to the Indoor Festival of Folk (North) on Saturday 18th October. I can't believe it's next weekend - where has the year gone?!
I'll be playing with my duo, Edgelarks, and the festival will also feature The Magpie Arc, Frankie Archer, Sam Carter, The Bookshop Band and Ashley Hutchings in conversation with Matthew Bannister.
This is a festival that really gets to the roots of folk, with great food, music and community. It's held in the historic Settle Victoria Hall (I wrote a blog all about this during the summer) and organised by The Magpie Arc. It's a great event to be part of, and I love extending the festival season with this little gem!
