My courses provide structured video lessons that break down great slide playing into manageable steps. We start with the basics: choosing the right slide (glass, metal, or ceramic), where to wear it (usually ring or pinky finger), and how to control unwanted string noise. From there, we move into open tunings like Open D or Open G, and we look at how to achieve that classic bluesy resonance.
One of the biggest advantages of learning online is visual repetition. Slide guitar is highly visual - you really need to see how the slide glides over the strings and how the picking hand mutes excess noise. With video lessons, you can pause, rewind and replay difficult sections until your muscle memory catches up.
